This individual will be instrumental in executing and managing HR administration processes, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and general HR operations. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless employee experience—from onboarding through offboarding—while helping to maintain a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values structure and accuracy, and is eager to play a critical role in supporting both our people and business success. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses Manage employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding in the HRIS system Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, 401(k), billing, and compliance Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related data Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files and records Support performance evaluation processes and accountability initiatives Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and contribute to annual strategic goals Coordinate with external vendors and systems to ensure operational efficiency and issue resolution Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decisions Collaborate with business unit leaders to support engagement, communication, and HR program execution Assist with internal training delivery for managers and leadership-level employees Advocate for and support JumpCrew’s culture in all aspects of the employee experience Ideal Candidate Passionate about people, culture, and process improvement Proactive and solutions-oriented with a high attention to detail Able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion Skilled in building relationships and working collaboratively across teams Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred) Minimum 2 years of HR experience in employee relations, HRIS, or benefits administration Experience using HRIS platforms; strong preference for those familiar with multiple systems Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) Working knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law fundamentals Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
