Onboarding Specialist Best Choice Roofing Holdings, LLC Goodlettsville, TN 37072 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to lead our onboarding process for new hires. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition for employees into our company culture and operational framework. The Onboarding Specialist will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies, enhancing employee engagement and retention from day one. Duties The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Assist in identifying and selecting suitable candidates within existing branches for participation in the new Retail Leads program. Coordinate the development and distribution of appropriate marketing materials and collateral to support the new leads program within each branch. This includes ensuring that all necessary materials are available and that branches are equipped with the tools they need to effectively promote the program. Plan, schedule, and oversee the training sessions for branch staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to successfully participate in the new leads program. Coordinate with internal trainers or external resources as necessary. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to each local market. This may involve leveraging existing networks, exploring new advertising channels, or implementing innovative approaches to generate leads. Take ownership of the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of onboarding, including communication, documentation, and implementation, are effectively managed and executed. Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation throughout the onboarding process. Monitor and evaluate the performance of each branch in relation to the new leads program, identifying areas for improvement and providing ongoing support and guidance as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to follow all BCR policies and procedures. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to gather and analyze information. Ability to consistently be at work and on time. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Excellent project management skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work well with others. Ability to deliver training in a group or one-on-one setting. FORMAL EDUCATION/TRAINING

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience in training in one-on-one or group programs.
• Previous experience in sales preferred.
• Previous experience in roofing preferred.
