As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our branch, assisting the Branch Manager in daily operations and being the friendly face that welcomes new applicants. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with daily operations Provide superior customer service to Applicants, Employees, and Vendors Perform daily and weekly payouts for our employees Oversee the onboarding process from the application to EVerify and I9 management Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting for all staffing needs Basic administrative duties as needed Duties assigned by the Branch Manager as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Level Required:

Minimum of a High School education

Experience Required:

At least 2 years of general work experience. At least 1 year of customer service or working with the public. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
