Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting processes Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with technical recruiting and HR sourcing Knowledge of employment and labor laws Proficiency in using ATS systems like Lever and Workday Experience in employee relations, evaluation, and orientation Ability to manage relationships and conduct effective interviews
