Key Responsibilities:

HR Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. +

Recruitment Excellence:

Drive recruitment efforts by crafting compelling job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires to set them up for success. +

Guidance & Support:

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing insight and support on HR-related matters, maintaining adherence to company policies. +

Records Management:

Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files confidentially and efficiently. +

Employee Engagement:

Develop initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, boost employee morale, and drive engagement. +

Compliance Expertise:

Ensure the organization adheres to employment laws and regulations with precision and accountability. +

Training & Development:

Support and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance. +

Workforce Planning:

Partner with leadership to address workforce needs, contributing to thoughtful staffing and succession planning strategies.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and benefits administration.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with HR systems.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
