Your Origin Story:
Bachelor’s degree required (we assume it wasn’t in superhero studies, but HR or Business works too 3+ years of HRBP experience in Healthcare saving the day in complex employee situations
SHRM-CP/SCP
certification preferred (or the willingness to achieve this power-up within a year) Encyclopedic knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws (without the boring encyclopedia part) Communication skills that would make Shakespeare jealous Organization skills that would impress Marie Kondo Problem-solving abilities that would make Sherlock Holmes proud Microsoft Office skills that go beyond just turning it off and on again
