Position Summary:

The HR Generalist will support and coordinate daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, benefits administration, and ensuring HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and wants to make a real impact on employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews Administer onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Support benefit enrollment, leave tracking, and assist employees with benefit-related questions Help ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry best practices Assist in tracking and coordinating employee trainings and certifications Generate reports from HRIS (Paylocity) and assist with HR metrics and audits Support HR leadership with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) SHRM-CP or equivalent credential a plus Why Join Us?
