Are you ready to take the lead in driving global talent management, employee experience, and culture-building initiatives? As a Senior Talent & Culture Specialist, you’ll collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and global stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions and best practices that elevate performance, succession planning, and engagement across our organization. Working closely with the Global Talent & Culture Director, you will be part of an innovative team that champions the development and engagement of our talent across multiple regions. What will you be doing? You will support the execution of a global talent & culture strategy that aligns with business objectives, working closely with the Global Talent & Culture Director to implement and optimize processes, frameworks, and initiatives. You will lead talent management, performance excellence, and succession planning initiatives across the company, partnering with HR teams to ensure smooth implementation and address key organizational needs. You will drive employee engagement initiatives, conducting survey analysis, providing data-driven tools, and supporting regional HR teams in developing action plans based on insights and trends. You will champion the company’s vision and values, supporting DEI strategies, creating inclusive talent practices, and driving belonging and well-being initiatives throughout the organization. About you You have a proven track record of designing and implementing talent management strategies, driving employee engagement, and supporting culture-building initiatives across diverse teams. You excel in leveraging data to inform decision-making, building talent frameworks, and championing diversity and inclusion efforts. You collaborate effectively with business leaders and global teams, always innovating to improve the employee experience and shape organizational culture. You possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects and deliver actionable insights.
