Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken & written) Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field 3+ years HR experience with strong knowledge of compliance and employee development HRIS/database & Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) A confident communicator and natural people-person who can juggle priorities with professionalism and care salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4

BachelorsResponsibilities Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems and assists to establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals. Assists with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs. Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested. Manages the recruitment process for exempt and nonexempt employees and interns using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce. Manages the onboarding paperwork and compliance of new hires, including conducting HR new hire orientation. Provides day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any claim issues. Supports and participates in Morgan Olson s PPS team efforts. Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer-focused and supporting continuous improvement activities. Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time. All other duties as assigned.
