RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with overseeing the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Retention Leader HR Audits Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Ensure compliance with labor regulations regarding timekeeping Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates Maintain employee files and personnel records in electronic and paper form Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system. Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access. Other duties as assigned/requested.

Required Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of general business experience, Human Resources preferred Effective oral and written communication skills ADP system experience preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Excel proficient or advanced Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully Must be able to identify and resolve problems promptly Basic knowledge of HR Laws Must pass a drug test, fit for duty test, and background check
Education:
