Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to manage medical staff scheduling and ensure staffing needs are met. This role involves collaborating with various departments, aligning staffing resources with operational needs, and maintaining accurate records for compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of healthcare staffing protocols, and the ability to foster a positive work environment while promoting quality patient care. Coordinate staffing needs across departments to ensure adequate coverage for shifts Schedule staff shifts and assignments based on availability, qualifications, and departmental needs Maintain an accurate and up-to-date staff database and personnel records Liaise with department managers to identify staffing shortages and develop solutions Assist in the onboarding process of new hires and orientation schedules Monitor and evaluate staff performance in conjunction with department heads Communicate effectively with staff regarding scheduling changes, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

Healthcare Facility:

2 years (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in staffing coordination or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
