Growth of the team. In the process of choosing an new ERP to implement. This candidate will be a part of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Must Have Experience:
Strong BA skills
- able to hit the ground running at senior level. BA skills including process mapping (very important
- lots of process mapping in this role), requirements gathering, documentation, ETC. ERP experience
- specifically on the Accounting/Finance side of ERP, ideally on the HR side as well Soft skills: patient and adaptable, strong communication skills with various stakeholders
