Spanish/English Staffing Coordinator Staff Easy- Portland, TN Portland, TN 37148 Overview As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, you will be instrumental in the talent acquisition process, focusing on recruiting top candidates while utilizing your strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and development needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Engage in executive and technical recruiting to fill specialized roles within the organization. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary. Support ongoing talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Skills Strong understanding of employee evaluation processes and talent management strategies. Experience in executive recruiting, technical recruiting, or both is highly desirable. Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
