Job Description

HR Coordinator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Brentwood, TN LHH has partnered with a dynamic client in the Nashville, TN area to help find a temporary HR Specialist to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Handle employee communication and address employee queries and concerns effectively. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred. Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS system. Concur experience preferred. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
