We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity who will play a key role in supporting our HR operations with a primary focus on payroll processing. The ideal candidate will spend approximately 60% of their time managing payroll through Workforce Now (ADP), while also handling a range of HR generalist functions. This role requires a indepth understanding of employment law, FMLA, and HR best practices. You’ll work closely with employees and leadership to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently and fairly.

salary:

$27 – $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll using Workforce Now (ADP) accurately and on time Manage employee data in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with all payroll and tax regulations Administer and track FMLA and other leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Support employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Prepare reports and support audits as needed Skills
