Job Overview:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes to assess candidates for our BT/RBT (Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician) roles. You will schedule first interviews, assess resumes for quality, and facilitate the interview process by sending candidates to the appropriate person for second-round interviews. The role demands a high degree of attention to detail, decision-making abilities, and effective communication within our operations team. This position would require in office days during the training period to shadow the position that is being hired for.
Key Responsibilities:
Review incoming resumes to determine if candidates meet the qualifications for BT/RBT roles. Schedule first-round interviews with selected candidates. Coordinate second-round interviews with the appropriate team members. Maintain detailed records of candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure consistency and fairness in evaluating candidates, making decisions based on qualifications and not personal bias. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, candidates, and hiring managers. Demonstrate initiative in improving recruitment processes.

Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Communications Or related fields
Experience:
Have least 1 year experience with full cycle recruitment Specifically with human services or high turnover fields
Communication:
Be able to communicate effectively written and verbally
Interpersonal:
Be able to build relationships with coworkers from a virtual location Analytical thinking : especially with applicant data and recruitment metrics) Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) : Paycom is preferred HR software : Paycom is preferred
