What you’ll do: The LBS Non-Purchase Order Invoice Resolution Specialist performs research with sites and suppliers as needed to determine the appropriate coding for the document and confirms allocation accounting and methods as needed for non-PO invoices and update reference material as needed for future documents.

Responsibilities:

Reviews documents that require coding support Performs research with sites and suppliers as needed to determine the appropriate coding for the document Confirms allocation accounting and methods as needed for non-PO invoices and update reference material as needed for future documents Maintains a strong working knowledge of the chart of accounts Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and experience required

Experience:

3-5 yrs. related experience while using a ERP system.
