Responsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including arranging orientations and compiling required documentation. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications between candidates and hiring managers. Assist with employee benefits administration and resolve related inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across processes and communications. Manage general HR-related correspondence and inquiries, offering excellent customer service to staff and external vendors. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency within HR processes and contribute ideas for best practices. Previous administrative or HR-related experience required; HR certification or coursework is a plus. Familiarity with HR systems and software, including data entry and report generation. Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations is highly beneficial. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills to handle high-volume requests effectively.
