Job Description
Early Education Services, a program of Windham Southeast School District (WSESD) and the Head Start program of Windham County is seeking a talented and dynamic person to fill the role of Human Resources Coordinator. The Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to recruit, advertise for and onboard new hires, place employees on the existing salary scale, issue and amend staff contracts as needed and maintain all pertinent HR data.
We offer an excellent benefit package includes health, dental and life insurance, retirement match, paid holidays, vacation, personal and sick time. The position is full-time, full year and the pay range is $27.48-$29.72/hour. Candidates must have, at minimum, an AA/AS in a related field and 7 years’ experience with staff supervision, staff development and program administration in an early childhood setting. A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience is preferred. This position requires accuracy in record keeping and data entry and extensive computer knowledge, including word processing and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to maintain professional integrity while working in a fast-paced environment.
A background check and fingerprinting is required along with a pre-employment physical and TB screening.
