Asan Onsite Manager, you’ll be stationed directly at an industrialfacility in the Fort Payne, AL area , working closely with ourteammates and clients to foster relationships and ensureoperational success!

Job Responsibilities:

Manage dailyworkforce operations, including employee check-ins, attendancetracking, and scheduling.promptly. Ensure all reporting is accurateand timely, meeting client and branch requirements. Assist with theonboarding process for new hires, including orientation andtraining. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback toensure KPIs and attendance requirements are met.

Work ExperienceThe Ideal Candidate Might Have:

1-3 years of experience instaffing, recruitment, or workforce management. A strongunderstanding of the light industrial sector, includingmanufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Tech-savvy, withexperience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (e.g., Gmail,Microsoft Word, Google Sheets). Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to engage effectively withcandidates and clients at all levels. Organizational skills withexceptional attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills,with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
