PRIMARY FUNCTION
The HR Supervisor oversees the day-to-daydepartmental activities, administering human resources programswith emphasis on employment and employee relations matters,salaried recruiting and supervisor coaching and training. This rolecommunicates and interprets company human resource policies andprocedures for managers and employees in compliance with companypolicies and Federal and State legal requirements.
SUPERVISORRESPONSIBILITIES

CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from anaccredited institution preferred Combination of Education andexperience may be substituted for degree
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum two (2) years progressively responsible experience in thehuman resources field with emphasis on employment, employeerelations, and/or benefits Demonstrated one (1) years’ leadershipexperience including knowledge of timekeeping requirements, policyadherence, conflict resolution and the ability to resolve issuesefficiently and effectively; experience supervising employeespreferred Must have the ability to effectively communicate inEnglish, both verbal and written, with internal and externalcustomers in a timely and professional manner; ability tocommunicate in multiple languages preferred Strong attention todetail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritizeAbility to work effectively with others, possessing tact anddiscretion and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in allmatters Must have strong computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint,Excel, Outlook, to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets,graphics, etc.; experience within HCM system such as Workdaypreferred Self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative and senseof urgency, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
