Compensation:

$75,000-$90,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee and process weekly and bi-monthly payroll through Paylocity
Lead benefits administration including enrollment, leave management, and COBRA
Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, from job posting to background checks
Manage employee records, promotions, terminations, and transfers
Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace investigations
Communicate benefits updates and HR policy changes across teams
Generate and present weekly HR reports to senior leadership What You’ll Need to

Be Considered:

Experience working across both frontline and corporate employee groups
Comfort navigating complex leave scenarios (FMLA, Military Leave, etc.)
Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems
HR degree required or a proven HR management background
