DOE What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as an HR advisor to leadership across multiple business units
Lead efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, and applicant tracking
Navigate and resolve complex employee relations issues
Analyze trends to help shape organizational programs and HR policy
Provide performance coaching and guidance to line managers
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures
Support benefits and compensation programs aligned with organizational goals What You’ll Need to
Be Considered:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
certification
7+ years of human resources experience
Strong working knowledge across multiple HR disciplines

Experience with grant-related HR work, including both financial disbursement knowledge and grant writing responsibilities
