This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring effective communication between management and employees. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations Management Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts through mediation, coaching, and structured interventions. Conduct impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, or policy violations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide guidance to managers on ER best practices, including performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and termination protocols. Employee Engagement & Retention Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, including surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs. Analyze turnover data and exit interviews to identify systemic issues and propose actionable solutions. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of ER cases, investigations, and outcomes in compliance with data privacy regulations. Cross-functional Collaboration Qualifications Proven experience in employee relations or human resources management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to foster a positive work environment.
