This is administrative work developing, managing, and coordinating comprehensive employee relations programs and functions for the employing jurisdiction, including the management of a comprehensive employee benefits program.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources administration, business administration or public administration, preferably supplemented by a related master’s degree; and a minimum of three years of responsible experience in human resources administration, preferably in a public agency; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Special Requirements
May be required to possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
May be required to work extended hours before, during, and /or after a disaster.
