Key Responsibilities:
Manage Recruitment Process:

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement.

Screen and Interview Candidates:

Review applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.

Pre-qualify Candidates:

Utilize assessments and testing to ensure candidates meet the necessary job requirements.

Database Management:

Enter and update candidate and client information accurately and promptly in our database.

Candidate Outreach:

Make daily phone calls to prospective candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their interest.

Conduct Reference Checks:

Perform thorough reference checks, background screenings, and employment verifications to evaluate candidates’ work history and integrity.

Candidate Placement:

Match qualified candidates with client needs to fulfill staffing requirements effectively.

Relationship Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring open lines of communication.

Facility Tours:

Conduct site visits to client facilities to understand their needs better and address any employee relations or safety concerns.

Advertisement Management:

Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:

Actively search career websites and other channels to identify and engage potential candidates.

Claims Processing Support:

Assist with the processing of unemployment and worker’s compensation claims as needed.

Additional Duties:

Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the recruitment team and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a recruitment or staffing environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening abilities.
