Duties for the Human Resources (HR) director will include supervising HR personnel, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.

HR Director Responsibilities:

Identifying, evaluating, and solving hiring challenges Recruiting top talent Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations Compiling information about compensation and benefits packages based on market data

HR Director Qualifications:

High School/GED Diploma Bachelors degree in human resources or related field a plus Experience in a long-term care facility preferred Excellent communication skills. Highly organized.
