Senior Human Resources Manager:
The Senior Human resources Managerwill act as a consultant to leaders, offering insight and guidanceon organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and workforceplanning. Support the business through change managementefforts-driving smooth transitions with minimal disruption. Leadtalent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retentionstrategies. Guide performance management efforts to ensurealignment with company goals and individual growth. Partner withMarketing, site HR teams, and leadership to create thoughtfulinternal communications that reinforce values and strategy. Serveas a resource for resolving employee concerns with empathy andfairness. Use data to analyze trends and make informed decisionsaround engagement, retention, and performance. Present meaningfulreports to senior leadership that help shape people-relatedstrategies. Qualifications of the Sr.
Human Resources Manager:
5-7years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in astrategic HR Business Partner capacity . A history of buildingstrong partnerships across departments and leading change withconfidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-youknow how to connect, influence, and inspire.
