Join a highly respected nationallaw firm Opportunity to lead the HR function and have a directimpact on company culture, engagement, and compliance Reports tothe Director of HR and Operations with oversight of 2-3 teammembers (including a recruiter and events coordinator) Workalongside a passionate, professional team in a collaborative andmission-driven environment Enjoy a hybrid work schedule after aninitial onboarding period Competitive compensation packageincluding bonus potential and full benefits Key Responsibilities ofthe HR Manager Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts,including recruitment strategy, interviewing, and onboarding Act asa trusted advisor on employee relations , performance management,and team engagement Develop and enforce HR policies and proceduresin compliance with local, state, and federal laws Oversee trainingand development programs to support employee growth and continuouslearning Manage compensation and benefits programs, includingperiodic reviews for competitiveness Monitor and report on HRmetrics to support data-driven decision-making and strategicplanning Maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with thefirm’s values and long-term goals Qualifications of the HR ManagerBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orrelated field 6 years of progressive HR experience, including atleast 3 years in a management role Strong knowledge of HR laws,compliance, and best practices HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP,PHR) is a plus Experience managing HR in a California context is astrong advantage
