Human Resources Business Partner Professional Services Greenwich, Connecticut Up to $150k + Bonus JGA Recruitment have partnered with a globally renowned professional services firm in search for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to develop and implement forward thinking HR strategies as the business modernizes its workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive enhancements in performance management processes. Partner with HR leaders to develop talent management strategies. Champion a data-driven culture with the HR department. Promote a positive workplace culture by spearheading new employee-focused initiatives.
Key Requirements:
At least 5 years working with HR and ideally the last 2-3 years working at a position of influence. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. Track record of implementing new HR initiatives with a focus on data and AI. Hands on HRIS Experience HR Certification such as SHRM-CP.
