Director of HR Aperio Group, Inc. 1360 S Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020 Fibernow is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our growing team. This role will provide strategic leadership and guidance for all HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing talent management initiatives, and supporting the organization’s long-term goals. This position will oversee HR policies, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance while driving a culture of engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to a senior management level environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge of all types and levels of Employment Agreements for legal compliance. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Thorough knowledge of DOL, EEOC, LRB and all other regulatory bodies overseeing labor management. Knowledge of and experience with varied HRIS. Must be bilingual – English/Spanish Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, and or commensurate experience at Senior Management Level. SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 to 7 years Human Resources Sr Management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience required, benefits administration, thorough knowledge will all legal and regulatory requirements and compliance. Experience in all HR disciplines such as Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Performance Management, Budgeting & Cost Analysis, Research of Employee Market Analysis.
