Overview:

We are a leading medical practice in Southeast Florida, seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in healthcare recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Onboarding:

Design and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs that facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the organization, enhancing employee engagement and retention.

Credentialing:

Manage the credentialing process for all healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining up-to-date records.

Policy Development:

Establish and update HR policies and procedures in line with current laws and best practices, ensuring organizational compliance and efficiency.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing issues promptly and effectively.

Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. Proven expertise in healthcare recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing processes. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and healthcare regulations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide staff at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
