We provide physicians with the ability to provide their patients fast and convenient access to medications directly from the physician office or by mail. Our services directly impact patient convenience, care, and well-being at their personal physician’s office. The Company is experiencing rapid growth as it expands its product offerings and customer base throughout the United States. Advanced Rx Management is seeking an experienced HR Manager. This role is full-time, in-office. This person needs to be a positive individual who enjoys working with a team and sees excellence as a priority. We are looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations while supporting the organization’s growth and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Manages full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Implements HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives. Administers benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Handles employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Conducts regular performance review processes and works with department managers on employee development plans. Manages payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting department. Maintains accurate personnel records and HR databases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.

PHR/SPHR

certification preferred. Previous experience with a pharmaceutical/medical company is a plus. 5+ years of progressive HR experience Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platforms. Must demonstrate the ability to execute thoroughly in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing conditions to achieve results. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communicates effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all levels of the organization. Comfortable leading meetings and making presentations to increasingly large audiences. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and discretion when handling confidential information.
