HR Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted HR partner to management and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality industry regulations Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top hospitality talent Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with wage and labor laws Develop and update Handbooks and implement training programs to enhance employee development and engagement Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including OSHA, FMLA, FLSA, and EEO Support HR initiatives and employee engagement
