FP&A Manager – Ft. Lauderdale We are seeking a seasoned and strategic FP&A leader to own the financial planning and analysis efforts for a high-growth, private equity-backed organization. This newly created role will be instrumental in developing and optimizing financial processes to support the company’s continued expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a hands-on approach, and a track record of driving operational excellence in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process across multiple business units
Consolidate and analyze financial data from various regional controllers to provide clear, actionable insights
Develop and implement improved financial reporting processes and performance metrics
Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations
Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and tools
Manage ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, with increasing responsibility
Bulletproof financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis, and consolidation skills
Ability to lead through influence and build strong cross-functional relationships
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP experience a plus
Proven experience in a service-based organization is preferred
???????Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
