Summary:

Provides specialized technical support for Human Resources information systems (HRIS) to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences. Determines origin of system malfunctions and works collaboratively with staff and/or vendors to resolve problems.

Collaborates on systems strategic planning, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and training initiatives.

Serves as an internal resource and consultant regarding the functioning and administration of assigned systems.

Manages team to include hiring, performance management, coaching, development and training of all staff to ensure their success.

Collaborates or serves as a lead on projects to support the overall HR strategy.

Installs, operates, tests and maintains Human Resources information systems. Manages system resources including capacity, availability, security and recovery in conjunction with Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) IT.
