The HRIS Manager ensures the continuous operation and enhancement of HR systems by overseeing maintenance, upgrades, and data integrity, while also partnering with HR on system extensions and reporting. This role serves as the technical point of contact for HR systems, collaborating with third-party vendors and guaranteeing compliance with all relevant regulations and IT policies. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, maintain, operate, and optimize the HRIS system and interfaces, including the Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System, New Employee Onboarding System, Performance Management System, and Learning Management System Oversee and maintain optimal function of the organization’s internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements Manage and safeguard internal database systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and the proper functioning of files, tables, codes, and backups Develop and maintain custom reports to meet HR management and staff requirements Analyze HR workflows, identify opportunities for process improvement/automation, and collaborate with HR/leadership to design, test, and implement system enhancements and new functionality Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues, coordinating with IT, HR partners, and vendors as necessary Collaborate with leadership and HR staff to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, application operational efficiency, and security Manage user permissions, access controls, personalization settings, and maintain the streamlined user authentication process (SSO) for HR systems Trains and advises HR team on updated configuration, system utilization to support efficient and effective processes Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders for
