The role is responsible for engaging and partnering within the HR functions and across the bank to execute focused inclusion and belonging programs, measure program effectiveness through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), provide education and counsel to HR leadership and the broader bank on key areas of focus and drive enterprise program execution. The role will strive to positively affect the associate lifecycle through integrating inclusion and belonging practices into talent programs and employee development initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Duties Manages large projects and processes in support of inclusion and belonging programs and delivery objectives in partnership with centers of excellence, human resources business partners, and other human resources professionals. Champions inclusion and belonging and the bank’s Core Values bringing thought leadership and tailored insights to fostering inclusion and belonging throughout the bank. Partners with HR Business Partners, COEs and the business to understand needs and challenges. Creates and monitors programs that effectively address and drive positive outcomes. Nurtures a network with external experts and peers to stay informed on inclusion and belonging best practices. Establish, maintain and manage community relationships with current and new organizations. Coordinates compiling of reports and helps communicate inclusion and belonging metrics and program outcomes to employees, organization leadership as well as public and government regulatory agencies. Works to ensure compliance with internal and external policies, laws and regulations. Serves as a strategic resource and trusted advisor for Business Resource Groups.
