Human Resources Program Director Job Summary:
Acts as a strategic business partner and advisor to senior leadersin implementing innovative human capital plan initiatives whichcontribute to business success, employee growth, morale, retentionand productivity in support of the company?s strategic workforceplans. Coordinates the implementation of critical HR initiatives toensure business success through partnership with Senior Leaders andHR experts.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
- Leads the implementation of HR initiatives that advance thecompany?s long-term human capital plan.
- Contributes as a strategic partner in the accomplishment ofdepartmental business plans through initiatives that attracttalent, build leaders, develop employees, and align management andlabor.
- Collaborates closely with HR partners to build and execute talentmanagement, organizational development, pay and compensation,staffing and recruiting and workforce / employee relationsprocesses and programs.
- Serves as project manager on multiple complex, long-terminitiatives that guide the company?s workforce strategy.
- Establishes metrics to track progress against strategic workforceplans to ensure they are having the desired impact on long-termbusiness outcomes.
- Implements and sustains significant organizational developmentand organizational effectiveness change initiatives.
- Creates and implements practices to enable the business totransfer, preserve, and manage critical technical and functionalknowledge.
- Develop curriculum to on-board new managers and develop thecompetencies and technical skills of employees.
- Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned bymanager.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree required
- 5 or more years of experience required in Human Resources, LaborRelations, Business or related field
- Proven experience successfully guiding organizational design andchange initiatives required Preferred Qualifications In addition to meeting the above qualifications, any of thefollowing are preferred:
- Masters degree from an accredited institution
- Experience leading organizational changes in a Technologyorganization

Certifications/Licenses:
Professional Human Resources (PHR) orSenior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Project ManagementProfessional (PMP)
