Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing and managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Supporting payroll processes and maintaining accurate employee records. Assisting with scheduling and coordinating staff coverage to meet operational needs. Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures. Managing employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and more. Assisting with employee training and development programs. Providing support to management in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Director, HR Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and integrity. High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred). LTC/SNF experience preferred.
