The Phenom team provides design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment and optimization of the Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience Platform. Support the functional design, configuration, and implementation/deployment of Phenom. Create and translate business functional requirements into technical requirements and solution development. Lead team in identifying dependencies, integrations, and configuration requirements. Lead design of integrations, testing plans, and test scripts. Oversee data conversion, reports, and enhancements. Apply industry best practices to the customer. Lead design and playback sessions during the implementation. Drive alignment across business, technical, and compliance/data privacy/legal requirements. Present future state recommendations, highlighting any feature enhancement requests/current product gaps, during internal and client reviews. Assist in level of effort, timeline, resource planning for projects and pursuits. Drive continuous feedback loops cross-functionally to communicate best practices/lessons learned. Collaborate with appropriate members of Phenom’s Services, Product and Engineering teams on project and Alliance enablement and success.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 3 or more years implementing Phenom Intelligence Talent Experience platform solutions At least 4 years of experience with other HCM software implementations. Experience with

ATS/HRIS

systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Taleo is required. Experience in a relevant Functional Leadership role supporting Talent or HR is also acceptable. Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience guiding design alignment for Phenom Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Proven project management experience, including overseeing many projects simultaneously to completion. Prior consulting experience 4 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
