We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring the effective management of our human resources functions. This is a key leadership role that requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Lead performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department
- Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems such as Kronos and UltiPro
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR department and implement effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong experience in training development, interviewing techniques, benefits administration, program management, performance management, and process improvement
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
