First things first… This is a 100% remote position that will require 0-10% travel and the salary range is $30-40/hour. This is a part-time hourly position (hours will vary per week, estimated 0-10 hours to start), and will have the opportunity to go full-time in the near future (can also stay part-time). Our clients may need an extra set of HR hands, or have partnered with us to build their HR department from the ground up. On any given day, you could be creating, enhancing, or executing on any of the below: Strategy for HR functional areas (compliance, benefits, talent management, systems, recruiting, culture) Organizational planning HR Audit(s) Employee handbook and policy development Benefit implementation HRIS implementation & automation Recruiting (job descriptions/posting, sourcing, resume collection & review, pre-screen interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring manager(s), job offer) Employee onboarding & off-boarding Culture programs Employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions and coaching Internal company marketing collateral such as culture events, benefits summary documents, onboarding presentations
