In this role you will partner with leaders/people managers toorchestrate HR initiatives across site and regional teams to offera smooth and top-of-class HR experience as the single point ofcontact on people topics and securing the execution of the HRstrategy in collaboration with the HR leadership and HR businesspartners. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to,the following: Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent for leaders andpeople managers, enhancing the employee experience. Collaborate on employee development with leaders/people managers toensure key workforce skills and capabilities are identified anddeveloped to meet future market demand. Develop and implement HR initiatives in collaboration with leadersand people managers, ensure compliance with local employment laws,and drive company culture. Integrate regional knowledge with a comprehensive understanding ofHR processes to drive organizational development and changeeffectively. Interact proficiently with leaders and employees, aligning HRpractices with business objectives and ensuring successful changemanagement implementation. Be recognized as an expert in relevant HR practices, prioritizeinitiatives, build strong stakeholder relations, influence mindseton inclusion, and analyze employee data strategically. The ideal candidate for this position will possess: Relevant bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as psychology, HR,business, or communications from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience in roles such as HR Manager, HR Partner, SrHR Generalist, or a talent leader, preferably in a manufacturingenvironment. Proven ability to support and coach leaders through complexinitiatives, along with experience in a global matrixedenvironment. Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, coupled withexcellent collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) andadept at facilitating virtual and face-to-face interactions with adirect approach.
