Role:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to build and lead our HR function. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company with a strong focus on operational excellence and employee engagement. You will oversee all core HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and compliance. You will also play a key role in onboarding employees from future acquisitions, helping integrate new team members efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts including posting roles, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Administer payroll and oversee benefits programs
• Build HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Serve as point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
• Train managers on HR policies and provide compliance support
• Support integration of employees from future acquisitions
• Partner with leadership to build and maintain a positive culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 in a leadership role
• Experience managing HR during business growth or transitions
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
