Become the Human Resources Director youve alwaysaspired to be Plan, organize, and oversee all facets of the HumanResources department to ensure equitable treatment of allemployees, in compliance with legal requirements and companypolicies. Assume responsibility for fostering an inclusive andproductive work environment and culture. Implement employeeprograms, policies, and procedures. Serve as a valuable resource todepartment managers and other employees, acting as the liaisonbetween Home Office HR and hospital management. Coordinate staffeducation programs, oversee workers compensation program, andassist with benefits administration. Direct hospital recruitmentand retention program to ensure availability of appropriatestaffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers andother employees. Celebrate the achievements and victories of ourdedicated employees along the way. Qualifications Bachelor’s degreein Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, BusinessAdministration, or a related field is required. Work experience maysubstitute for a four-year degree on a year-for-year basis. Aminimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience,preferably in healthcare. Professional in Human Resources (PHR)and/or SPHR certification is preferred.
