Business Development Manager – Staffing Firm (100% commission based) WorkTalent LLC Miami, FL • Remote We are a staffing firm established by experienced professionals with over 20 years in connecting top-tier talent with exceptional opportunities. We are currently seeking a driven and accomplished Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in staffing solutions and a strong network of client relationships. This role focuses on growing our client base and expanding partnerships. The right individual will introduce new clients to our firm and, in return, earn a substantial percentage of the entire net revenue generated from those clients. Our areas of specialization include IT, Finance, Executive, Administrative, and Procurement roles .
Responsibilities Account Management:
Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and successful partnership outcomes.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage prospective clients to establish new business opportunities aligned with company objectives. Leverage industry knowledge to develop tailored solutions for their needs.
Strategic Planning:
Create and implement business development strategies that align with organizational growth goals. Stay ahead of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Sales Excellence:
Draft proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate favorable agreements that drive revenue growth while meeting client expectations.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with recruiting and account management teams to deliver seamless staffing solutions that meet client requirements effectively.
Market Analysis:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications Experience:
At least 5 years of proven success in business development within the staffing industry, with a track record of securing both Staff Augmentation and Permanent Placement opportunities.
Client Portfolio:
Established relationships with clients and a demonstrated ability to expand business within key accounts.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to create meaningful connections and deliver value to clients.
Industry Expertise:
Comprehensive understanding of staffing and recruitment trends, including the factors influencing client hiring strategies.
Education:
