What You’ll Do:
Run biweekly payroll (Gusto experience a plus) Work closely with our Processing Director to ensure payroll accuracy Post jobs, screen candidates, and help lead hiring Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records Handle HR compliance, employee relations, and benefits questions Support performance management and compensation reviews
What We’re Looking For:
At least (payroll experience preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) Strong organizational and people skills Familiarity with payroll/HR systems (Gusto experience a plus) Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
