Responsibilities Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee evaluation, and performance management. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals. Manage workers’ compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct interviews and negotiate employment offers with prospective candidates. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective HR sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate employee records Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities for employees. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to promote a harmonious work environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Proficiency in HR software applications including PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Ceridian, and ATS systems. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills with a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving. Experience in employee evaluation processes and performance management systems is highly desirable. Ability to negotiate effectively during recruitment processes.
