HRIS Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Doral, FL 33122 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee our Human Resource Information Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS solutions to enhance our HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and solution architecture, along with the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of HR systems. Duties Manage the full lifecycle of HRIS projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective integration of HR systems with existing IT infrastructure. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials. Oversee data integrity and security within HRIS platforms, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize scripting and APIs to automate processes and improve system efficiency. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Provide training and support to HR staff on system functionalities and updates. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements or new features. Set up and customize Workday to fit the company’s HR processes Adjust workflows (like hiring, onboarding, promotions) within Workday Manage system updates, security settings, and user roles Create reports and dashboards to track HR data Troubleshoot issues and work with IT or Workday support as needed Experience Proven experience in managing HRIS platforms, with a strong understanding of solution architecture. Familiarity with Workday, and other relevant technologies is preferred. Experience in scripting languages for automation purposes is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future needs based on current trends. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. A background in IT infrastructure management will be considered an asset.
